Well, I’m white, but I did not come back because I am not rich – I cannot afford the flood insurance. Our house was fine, but we had to sell it (Fabulous little shotgun on Constance. I hear it is on the market again.) and we now live in Austin.
Mark, tell the lady with the snake problem to get chickens. They eat snakes, and then you get fabulous eggs. (If she can, get some Austrolorps. They really go for the snakes, they swallow them like pasta.)
