Guerilla Film-making, Aged 12

An affordable housing project opens in Portland, and nobody shows up to document it, because how can you make such things interesting? Fortunately Jules (spinning) and his friend Ben (camera) appear to have figured it out. I wish I’d had a video camera at his age. Incidentally, it’s possible Jules is anything from 6 to 16. I can’t tell how old kids are.

The brains of boys under the age of 15 are designed differently – clearly able to withstand interdimensional travel.

Humboldt Gardens is a bit of post-war HAP housing swept out and refixed. Like Columbia Villa, but about 1/10 the size.
